It's very easy to send a tape to us
After you submit your order we will instantly send you an order confirmation email that will contain our mailing address and a summary of your information. All we need is a copy of the email you receive with your tape and we will take it from there!
Our ordering system is automated
The price quote you will receive in your confirmation email will be based on a single tape. If you have multiple tapes to send you can simply place a single order for just one of them, it is not necessary to place individual orders for each one.
We do not support the PAL or DVB formats with our transfer services
Once a tape has been repaired and tested to our standards we guarantee that it will work properly in any equipment, but we do not offer transfers for the PAL or DVB formats used in some regions/countries. There is no physical difference between different recording formats but the recording itself is not compatible with our NTSC equipment.
The order form below provides options for transfer services, but if you are unsure of the format of your footage please check this Wikipedia page before placing your order to make sure we will be able to fulfill a transfer request, thank you!
